Greenview at Presidential — TV Unit Design

This project showcases the full 3D modeling, design, and visualization of a custom TV wall unit developed for Cabinet Connect Inc. within a private residence at Greenview at Presidential. The design emphasizes balance and restraint—combining warm wood textures with matte black cabinetry to create a refined architectural focal point. Integrated shelving, concealed storage, and subtle linear lighting were carefully composed to frame the display while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted visual flow. Every element was modeled to scale and rendered with material accuracy to communicate proportion, finish, and depth. The final visualization serves as both a design presentation and a production-ready reference, reflecting Cabinet Connect's custom millwork capabilities and Alkobi Vision's commitment to precision-driven, luxury visualization.
