Pricing Guide

Architectural visualization pricing

A transparent look at what photorealistic renderings, cinematic walkthroughs, and immersive virtual tours cost — and the project variables that move the number up or down.

Typical price ranges

Ranges reflect U.S. market pricing for professional studios working on residential, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually.

What drives the cost

Two projects that look similar on paper can price very differently. These are the variables that matter most.

Project scale

A single-family interior needs less modeling than a mid-rise tower or a hospitality complex. Larger footprints mean more geometry, more materials, and more views to keep consistent.

Level of detail

Marketing renders for a sales gallery hold up under close inspection — custom millwork, real product-matched furniture, styled props. Concept-stage images can be lighter and faster.

Number of views or shots

Cost scales with each additional camera. A three-image set is more efficient per view than a single hero image because the model is built once.

Turnaround time

Standard schedules are the most cost-effective. Compressed timelines (under a week for stills, under three weeks for animation) typically add a rush fee.

Revision rounds

Two rounds of feedback are included on most engagements. Additional rounds after final approval are billed hourly or per view.

Source material quality

Clean CAD or Revit files shorten modeling time. Hand sketches or partial plans require interpretation and add hours to the model.

Animation and motion

Animated people, cars, water, and cloth all render slower and require additional artist time. Static scenes are less expensive than moving ones.

Delivery format

4K stills, 4K/60fps video, VR-ready tours, and print-resolution files each have different render budgets.

How we scope a project

  1. 1. Discovery. We review your plans, references, and goals to understand what the visualization needs to accomplish — sales, permitting, investor pitch, marketing launch.
  2. 2. Fixed quote. You receive a written scope with view count, resolution, level of detail, revision rounds, and a fixed price. No hourly surprises.
  3. 3. Milestones. Clay renders, then material passes, then final delivery. You review at each milestone so the final image is never a surprise.
  4. 4. Delivery. Files delivered in the formats you need — print, web, social, or video — and archived for future updates.

Frequently asked

Do you offer package pricing?

Yes — most clients bundle three to six views of the same project, which lowers the per-image cost because the 3D model is built once.

What's your rush policy?

Rush turnarounds are available when our schedule allows and typically add 20–40% depending on how compressed the timeline is.

Do you charge for revisions?

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds after final approval are billed transparently, per view or per hour.

What do I need to send to get a quote?

Floor plans, elevations, any 3D files you already have, and reference images that capture the mood or finish level you're after. We can work from sketches when that's all that exists.
